How To Grow A Beard

This might go without saying but you would be surprised how many men want to grow a beard but constantly trimming and cutting their beard before it reaches its maturity. Many guys will start growing their beard for three or four days then want to start trimming it up. Our first recommendation is to don't touch it, don't mess with it just let it grow!
This also means your neckline as well. For two months let your beard have its own zip code. Know what you want your end goal to be for your beard. Do you just want a little bit of stubble, do you want to have the full beard, or just a gold tee, know what you want the end result of your beard will look like.
To grow a good healthy beard you want to watch your diet, exercise, and water. Drink a ton of water because not only does it help with the growth of hair but it also has a ton of health benefits. when you wake up in the morning drink water to start your day.
Our metabolism slows down tremendously for men over 30 years of age. If you are putting a ton of crap into your body it's going to show in the health of your hair and the health of your beard.
Exercise is another big component. Lift weights because it will help increase muscle mass, testosterone which is also going to help with health beard growth.
Along with lifting weights, we recommend taking vitamins this will really help with your beard growth. Don't buy Beard Complex Vitamins! Most of these products are a ripoff and a complete waste of money. There are two vitamins we recommend taking one being a good multivitamin that has B vitamins in it. your second vitamin to take is biotin which also helps in promoting health beard growth.
Use the right tools on your beard such as a wide-tooth wooden comb over a plastic comb. plastic combs will destroy your beard. Use a boars brush over a regular bush and a good pair of scissors when you get to the point where it's time to trim. if you want to have a strong healthy beard you must use the right tools.
Lastly, stick with your beard growth! you're going to have days when you ask yourself if it’s worth it. You are going to have bad beard days just stick with it. It takes time and patience and will pay off in the end.
